She was loved and cherished by many people including: her spouse Edward R. Barrasso; her children, Edward R. Barrasso, Jr. (Winifred) of Wilmington and Terri Gemellaro (Kevin Burke) of Wilmington; her parents, Angelo Costa and Eleanor Costa (Mooney); and her siblings, David, Charles and William Costa. She was also cherished by her nieces, nephews and friends.
