He was predeceased by: his parent Spurgeon Manson; and his sibling Spurgeon D. Manson, Jr. (Patricia Manson) of Wilmington. He is survived by: his child Peter D. Manson (Lin Marshall-Manson) of Lawrence; his parent Bertha Manson (Jakobsen); his sibling Deborah Fitzgerald (James) of Wilmington; and his former spouse Marie Manson of Dracut. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, donations in Donald's memory may be made to a charity of one's choice.
