He was predeceased by: his parents, John Collins and Anna Collins (Doherty); and his brother James Collins. He is survived by: his wife Andrea Collins (Cortese); his children, Eric Collins of Derry, NH, Matthew Collins (Heather) of Salem, NH and Brittany Collins of Burlington, MA; his grandson Liam; his sister Kathy; his brother-in-law Ralph Shea of Wilmington, MA; and his siblings, Nancy Dell, Eileen Cassidy, Mary Collins and Jackie Collins (John). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
