He is survived by: his wife Katherine Killilea (Knight); his children, Susan Killilea Coburn (Edward) of West Roxbury, Steven F. Killilea (Kim) of Fairfield, CT, Thomas U. Killilea (Jennifer O'Neill) of Andover, Abby, Norah, Garen, Colin and Isabel; and his brothers, John Killilea (late Aida) of Holland, MI, Peter Killilea (Kathleen) of North Andover and Alfred Killilea (Mary Ann) of South Kingston, RI.. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
