He was predeceased by: his spouse Anne L. (Kelleher); and his sibling Edward. He is survived by: his children, Jeanne McHugh (John) of Weymouth, Stephen O'Leary (Mary Ann) of Reading, James R. O'Leary Jr. of Wilmington, Lynne O'Leary of Reading and Ted O'Leary (Tina) of Lunenburg; his father Stephen; and his siblings, Marie MacSweeney of Medford, Timothy, Francis, William, Dorothy and Irene.
