He was predeceased by: his son Steven Tibbetts; his parents, Theodore "Ted" and Olive Tibbetts; and his sibling Beverly Ann Trask. He is survived by: his close friend Ginette Tentindo of Wilmington; and his children, Dedicated, Kenneth and Elizabeth Tibbetts.
