She was predeceased by: her parents, Albert Bower and Laura Bower (Demers); her husband Harold "Mike" Miller; and her brothers, Edward Bower and Albert "Skip" Bower, Jr..
She is survived by: her children, Charles "Chuck" Miller (Susanna) of Brecksville, OH, Joanne Merrill (late Ernie) of Wilmington, Laura "Lou" Noftle (late Eddie) of Wilmington, Robert "Bob" Miller (Danette) of Townsend, Michael Miller of Wilmington and Harold "Buddy" Miller, Jr. (Debra) of Woburn; her brother Robert Bower (Andrea) of Wilmington, DE; and her sibling's child Beverly Hoffmeister of Liberty Lake, WA.. She is also survived by her many nieces, nephews.
Joan was the motivation for this years Christmas in July celebration as she could not have her entire family together last Christmas because of Covid.
