He was loved and cherished by many people including: his spouse Jean A. Foley (Russell); his children, Essey Foley (Stephen Lucas) of Billerica, June Champagne (Normand) of Belmont, NH, John P. Foley Jr. (Melanie) of Wilmington and Susan Hardimon of Wilmington; his great grandchildren, Cameron, Kacey, Patrick, Ryleigh and Lexi; his parents, John P. Foley and Margaret A. Foley (Johnson); and his sibling Margaret Ann Kelly.
