He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Duffy and Mary Duffy (Canney); his wife Margaret M. "Peggy" Duffy (DeFelice); and his brothers, James Duffy and Charles "Sonny" Duffy, Jr..
He is survived by: his children, Joe Jr., Donna Luce (David) of Las Vegas, NV, Diane Martin (Tim Robarge) of Wakefield and Joseph F. Duffy, Jr.; his great grandchildren, Willow, Caleb, Brooklynn, Nick, Alex, Lilly, Stephane, Dante, Gianna and Natalia; his brother Joe; and his sister-in-law Shirley DeFelice. He is also survived by his many nieces, nephews.
