He is survived by: his daughters, Sofia and Olivia Cuoco; the mother of his children Gina Cuoco of Eagan, MN; his parents, Joseph J. Cuoco Sr. of Revere and Geraldine "Geri" Szymanski (Paul) of Wilmington; his siblings, Kimarie Falzano (Peter DePesa) of Wilmington and Sheri Cuoco of Wilmington; his stepbrothers, Erik Szymanski (Elizabeth), Keith Szymanski and Christopher Szymanski (Nicole); his siblings' children, Tyler Huebner, Scott Falzano Jr., Kaila McGonagle, Jalie Cuoco, Christian, Cole, Chase and Hannah Szymanski; his great-niece Ava Rae Keddie; his fiancée Heather Parker of Revere; and his fiancée's children, Kayla and John Paul O'Toole. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
