He was predeceased by: his sisters, Celean Lowery and Virginia O'Dell of Fredericksburg, VA.. He is survived by: his wife Rose (Rossetti); his children, Cynthia Tsoukalas and Lloyd G. Brooks (Cynthia); his granddaughter Olivia Brooks of Wilmington; and his brother Herman (Eleanor). He is also survived by his two children, granddaughter, family, in-laws, friends.
