She was predeceased by: her parents, Elliott Morse and Mary Morse (Cosgrove); her husband Paul D. Smalley; and her brother James "Joe" Morse, Sr.. She is survived by: her granddaughter Elizabeth "Fran"; her children, Paul D. Smalley, Jr. of Florida and Elizabeth Mullett (Steven) of Wilmington; her grandchildren, Elizabeth "Fran" Mullett of Wilmington and David Mullett of Wilmington; and her siblings, Jeri Ralls, Paul "Olie" Olson and Joan McGovern. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
