He was predeceased by: his father Jean "Michael" Strow of Wilmington. He is survived by: his mother Virginia Strow (Fiorillo) of New York; his wife Kerri Strow (Kowalczyk); his children, Jacob Strow, Thomas Strow and Shawnasue Strow; his siblings, Lori Margiasso (Jami) of New York and Vincent Strow (Kate) of New York; and his siblings' children, Kelsi Riley and Lyndsy Strow. He is also survived by many loving aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
