She was predeceased by: her parents, Leland Hamilton and Agnes Hamilton (Burke); and her child Kelly Welch of Billerica. She is survived by: her husband Paul R. Welch, Sr. of Wilmington; her children, Paul R. Welch, Jr. of Wilmington, Sandra Silvestri (Paul) of Billerica and Leslie Welch of Billerica; and her grandchildren, Mia Welch and Ryan Gecks. She is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
