He was loved and cherished by many people including: his significant other Sandra Marsala; his children, Michelle Phung O'Neil of Wilmington and Sabrina of Wilmington; his parents, Eugene J. O'Neil and Carmen O'Neil (Gallant); and his siblings, Kathleen Mogan (Paul, Eugene O'Neil Jr.), Claire Osborne, James O'Neil and Maureen Gummeson. He was also cherished by many nieces and nephews.
