She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Arthur Penney and Elizabeth Penney; her children, Donna Kirby Milley of Peabody and Wayne Kirby of Texas; and her husband Don. She was also cherished by two granddaughters; three grandsons; and three great-grandchildren.
