She was predeceased by: her parents, Uel A. Gardner and Dorothy Gardner (Gray); her husband Richard W. Vayo; and her sibling Uel Gardner. She is survived by: her daughters, Cheryl Johnson (Michael) of Tyngsboro, Brenda Nickerson (Michael) of Penfield, NY, Anne Gaudette (Steve) of Tewksbury and Kathleen Thurston (Joe) of Wilmington; and her brother Steven Gardner. She is also survived by her nieces, nephews, and friends.
