He was predeceased by: his parents, Mary Hoffman (Connelly) and Edward Hoffman; his sister Mary Antonia Hoffman; and his brother-in-law Patrick Rufo. He is survived by: his wife Irene MacIsaac Hoffman; his child Ryan P. Hoffman; his grandchildren, Brendan, Sean, Farrah, Selena and Lucine; and his extended family, Karen, John Moran of Maitland, FL, Kristen Rufo of Wilmington, Gretchen, Brian DeAngelo of Lowell, Lauren, Charlie Cochran of Chelmsford and Liesl Hoffman of Lowell. He is also survived by his nieces, nephews, and by Irene's brothers and sisters and their spouses.
