He is survived by: his wife Lucille Smalley (Morse) of Wilmington; his children, Paul D. Smalley of New Hampshire and Elizabeth Mullett (Steven) of Wilmington; and his grandchildren, Elizabeth Frances and David Mullett of Wilmington.
