He was predeceased by: his parents, John Minichiello and Sarah Minichiello (Genovese); and his wife Maureen S. Minichiello (Marshall). He is survived by: his children, Nicole Brown (Paul) of Methuen and Paul J. Minichiello Jr. of Billerica; and his siblings, Peter Minichello (Margie) of Stoneham, ME, Patty Detore of Byfield, Robert Minichiello of Methuen and John Minichiello (Denise) of Tewksbury. He is also survived by several brothers and sisters-in-law as well as many nieces and nephews.
