He is survived by: his mother Mary Ann Matthews of Burlington; his siblings, Janice Matthews (David Harry), Allison Matthews, Daniel Matthews, Gregg Matthews and Shane Matthews (Catherine); his stepchildren, Gina Marcotti (Michael) and Nakita Marcotti; his nephew Daniel Matthews (Nicole); and his pet Reuben.
