It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Richard W. Vayo (Wilmington, Massachusetts), born in Winchester, Massachusetts, who passed away on February 6, 2020, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, William Vayo and Evelyn Vayo (LeSage); and his brother Paul Vayo. He is survived by: his wife Patricia Vayo (Gardner); his daughters, Cheryl Johnson (Michael) of Tyngsboro, Brenda Nickerson (Michael) of Penfield, NY, Anne Gaudette (Steve) of Tewksbury and Kathleen Thurston (Joe) of Wilmington; his great grandchild Adaline; and his brother Robert Vayo. He is also survived by husband, wonderful father and a proud "Papa" to his grandchildren and great-granddaughter.
