He was predeceased by: his father Peter McHugh; his wife Catherine A. McHugh (Woods); and his mother Gertrude "Beatrice" McHugh. He is survived by: his children, Kenny Liston (Kim Monteforte) of Haverhill, Salvi "Bill" Liston (Susan) of Wilmington, Robert McHugh, Jr. (June Ferrante) of Wilmington and Jimbo McHugh (Cheryl) of Cumming, GA.; his brother Richard "Bozo" McHugh (late Maureen) of Wilmington; and his brother-in-law Ed Woods (Sandra) of Reading. He is also survived by nieces, nephews.
