It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Walter J. Dalton of Wilmington, Massachusetts, born in Everett, Massachusetts, who passed away on November 9, 2021, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Dalton and Helen Dalton (Thayer); and his sister Lillian Whitton. He is survived by: his wife Joyce Dalton (Eaton); his children, David W. Dalton (Marie) of Sparks, NV, Ralph E. Dalton (Vickie) of Greenville, NC, Stephen J. Dalton (Linda) of Ellenton, FL, Kenneth E. Dalton (Lisa) of Dover, NH, Diane J. Dalton Malone (Wendell) of Carlsbad, NM, Beverly J. Dalton of Wilmington and Nancy E. Dalton (Anthony L'Esperance) of Wilmington; his grandchildren, Erica Cayton, Cynthia Green, Stephen Dalton, Jr., Christopher Dalton, Emily Dalton, Annie Dalton, Keighla Dalton, Krystal Dillon, Ella Dillon, Brianne Dillon, Faith Dillon, Dalton Dillon, Aaron Crandall, Katherine Barron, Katelyn Earle, Amanda Malone, Kaytlyn Stephens and Cassaundra L'Esperance; his great grandchildren, Hilton, Carson, Alyssa, Tegan, Trevor, Brian, Jacob, Andrewblade, Quinten, Cyrus, Aubrey, Kayson, Raeleigh, Bentley and Liam; his great great grandchildren, Trevor, Sawyer and Rhett; his siblings, Mildred Lafferty, Donald Dalton and Warren Dalton; his sister-in-law Jeanne Dalton of Lynnfield; and his cousin Priscilla Thayer of Methuen. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews.
