He is survived by: his children, Mary-Alice Cavens (late Joseph) of Rowley, Eileen M. Woods of Wilmington, William H. Woods, Jr. (Eileen) of Lowell, Daniel E. Woods of Wilmington, Megan Manent (Nick), Erin Thomas (Max), Casey Woods and Patrick Woods; his great grandchildren, Jamie Lynn Thomas, William Jameson Thomas and Lucas Todd Manent; his parent Margaret Woods (Coy); and his siblings, Winifred Barry (late Robert) of Wilmington, Edward Woods (Sandra) of Reading, James "Leo", Robert, Richard, Mildred, Marjorie and Catherine. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
