He was predeceased by: his parents, Patrick Flaherty and Delia Flaherty (Ganly); and his brother Arthur. He is survived by: his wife Nora Flaherty (Howard); his daughters, Ann Stockton (Robert) of Tewksbury and Linda Caruso of Gardner; his grandchildren, Kimberly, Caitlin, Sean, Matthew and Adeline; and his siblings, Michael O'Flaherty (Sally) of Weymouth, Thomas, Coleman, Gerard, Francis, Marion, Margaret and Lily. He is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
