She was predeceased by: her son Kevin J. Cogan; her spouse Thomas W. Cogan; her parents, John White and Julia White (McGrath); and her brother Richard White.
She is survived by: her children, Stephen T. Cogan (Jane) of Virginia Beach, VA, Kerry J. Holloran (Thomas) of Woburn and Kathleen M. Marx (James) of Woburn; her grandchildren, Stephen T. Cogan, Jr., Aubrey Martin (Timothy), Thomas III, Meaghan, John Holloran, Philip and Erin Marx; her stepgrandchildren, Ryan and Alex David; and her great grandchildren, Caleb, Dylan and Taylor.
Masks MUST be worn at all times, along with strict adherence to social distancing.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Barbara's memory to a Veterans Charity of one's choice.
