He was predeceased by: his parent Burton E. Carr of Reading. He is survived by: his parent Jean S. Carr (Chase) of Reading; his siblings, Alan C. Carr of Reading, Gary B. Carr of Florida and Linda J. Bolt of Marlborough; his children, Jennifer J. Carr of Wakefield, David J. Carr of Wakefield and Nicholas C. Carr (Jessica) of Billerica; and his granddaughter Abigail Juliette.
A church service will be held at First Congregational Church of Reading, 25 Woburn St, Reading, MA 01867 on Monday June 25th at 11:00am In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to in David's memory to the Melanoma Research Foundation 1411 K Street, NW Suite 800 Washington DC 20005.
