He was predeceased by: his parents, Helen Hoffman and Dick Hoffman; and his brother Richard. He is survived by: his wife Jeanne Hoffman (Guinan); his children, Donald, Chris (Jody), Tim (Stephanie), Marianne (Scott Kessel) and Dennis (Jackie); his daughter-in-law Ann Marie; his grandchildren, Rachel Hoffman Dement (Jeff), Brady Hoffman, Melissa, Emily, Kaitlyn Kessel, Ryan, Alexander Hoffman, Kelly, Katie Hoffman, James, Jacob Hoffman, Jake Candelino and Donnie Martin; and his siblings, Martha Skinner (Don), Patricia Keane (Dennis) and Kenneth Hoffman (Nancy).
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Don's name to Saint Eulalia's Church, CareGroup Parmenter Home Care and Hospice in Watertown, or a favorite charity.
