She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Michael O'Toole and Mary O'Toole (Kenny); her spouse Francis A. Hachey; her children, Maureen Hafner of Wilmington, Michael Hachey (Dale) of Billerica, Francis Hachey (Sherrill) of Wilmington, James Hachey (Diane) of Ipswich, Sheila McDougall (late Scott) of Wilmington, Brenda Roy of Gloucester, Edward Hachey of Brookline and John Hachey (Eileen) of Mashpee; her grandchildren, William, Kelly, Michael, Matthew, Eric, Kristen, Taylor, Daniel, Alex, Christopher, Jacquelyn, Zach, Jonathan, Kevin, Mary, Tess and Joseph; her great grandchildren, Kaitlyn, Grayson and McKenna; and her siblings, Mary Margaret Day, Catherine "Kitty" King, John Francis O'Toole and Michael Joseph O'Toole. She was also cherished by many half-brothers and half-sisters.
