Felipe Estrela Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Felipe Estrela (Winchester, Massachusetts), born in Somerville, Massachusetts, who passed away on October 20, 2019, at the age of 35, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Joseph, Mary DiMare, Teresa and José T. Estrela; and his father-in-law John Wisbach.
He is survived by: his parents, José D. Estrela and Marianne DiMare Estrela; his wife Julia Estrela; his children, Felipe, Chloe, José and Elena Estrela; his sister Guida; his brother-in-law Scott Mattison; his nieces and nephews, Jack and Scarlett Mattison; his siblings-in-law, Allie Wisbach (Ellie Sanchez), John and Abigail Wisbach; and his mother-in-law Mary Ross Wisbach. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made to the Dana Farber Cancer Institute directed to the Sarcoma and Bone Cancer Area, or to the Estrela Family GoFundMe which will benefit Chloe, Felipe, José, and Elena.
