Marion was predeceased by: spouse John M. DeMichaelis; and sibling John "Jack" Illingworth. Marion is survived by: children, John S. DeMichaelis (Susan) of Reading, Mark J. DeMichaelis of Winchester and Kevin D. DeMichaelis (Pamela) of Andover; grandchildren, Justin DeMichaelis, Jeffrey DeMichaelis, Mark, Olivia, John C. DeMichaelis, Kevin C. and Ryan S. DeMichaelis; and siblings, Richard J. Illingworth and Paul Illingworth (Marjorie). Marion is also survived by nieces and nephews.
