He was predeceased by: his mother Elizabeth Costa; his grandparents, Arnold, Mae Bourdon, Albert and Florence Costa; and his brother-in-law Robert Galluzzo.
He is survived by: his father Albert Costa of Ossipee, NH; his wife Daphne; his children, Nika and Isabelle Costa of Winchester, MA; and his sisters, Mary Beth Costa-Galluzzo of Weymouth, MA and Melissa Rice (Costa). He is also survived by many uncles, aunts, cousins, nieces and nephews.
