He was predeceased by: his wife Mary "Cinnia" Boudrow (Graham); his parents, Philip A. Boudrow and Alice G. Boudrow (Forshner); and his sibling Jean Hansen. He is survived by: his children, Coleen M. Dennett (Richard Doherty) of Danvers, Richard K. Boudrow (Nancy) of Winthrop, Susan J. Lemire (Barry) of Auburn, NH and James P. Boudrow (Lori) of Windsor, CA.; his grandchildren, Stephanie, Ashley, Ricky, Ryan, Matthew, Amanda and Brett; and his siblings, Carol Fitzgerald of Winthrop, Alvin and John Boudrow. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
