She was predeceased by: her parents, Anthony Brescia and Mary Brescia (Grassia); and her husband Donald Forni. She is survived by: her daughter Deborah Bradshaw (Scott) of Reading; her grandchildren, Libby and Jacob; her brothers, John of Arlington, Robert and James of Phoenix; and her nephew Justin Brescia of Huntington Beach, California.. She is also survived by relatives and friends.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be sent in Ann Marie's name to the Kaplan Family Hospice House, 78 Liberty Street, Danvers, MA 01923.
