It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Bernard J. Harkins (Woburn, Massachusetts), who passed away on November 9, 2019, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his brothers, Thomas Harkins and Leo Harkins; and his son-in-law John Driscoll. He is survived by: his sister Mary Downey; his sister-in-law Beverley Harkins (McCall); and his sibling's children, Kathleen Driscoll (Downey), Colleen Delano (Downey), Sean Downey and Kevin Downey (Doreen Downey). He is also survived by nieces and nephews, as well as many loving great nieces and nephews.
