He is survived by: his spouse Barbara McCarthy (DeMaeo); his child Karyn Gentile; his husband Paul McCarthy of Woburn; his siblings, William McCarthy Jr. of Billerica and John McCarthy of Winthrop; his grandchildren, Kevin McCarthy Jr and Kaeleigh McCarthy; his great grandchild Frankie Hegarty McCarthy; and also Kevin McCarthy of Woburn.
