He was loved and cherished by many people including: his children, Ann Marie Torres (Hector) of Woburn, Luigi Guarracino of Woburn, Elisa Natale (Billy) of Medford, Romina Comunale (Michael) of Woburn, Monica Healy (Jim) of Burlington, Joseph Guarracino (Joanna) of Greenland, N. H., Jack Guarracino of Woburn, Daniela McGilvray (Jay) of Reading and Josephine Guarracino-Badger; his son-in-law Mark Badger of Richmond, VA.; his grandchildren, Kristina Sergi, Deanna, Christopher Torres, Samantha Natale, Isabella, Gabriella Comunale, Alex, Aidan Healy, Sylvia, Leonardo Guarracino, Benjamin, Andrew and Josephine McGilvray; and his siblings, Elisa Bastolla (Frank), Vincenza Frunzo (Antonio), Sergio Guarracino, Jack Guarracino (Tina), Luigi, Elio, Alfonso and Filiberto Guarracino. He was also cherished by bird watch with his brothers and close friends.

It has been requested that in lieu of flowers donations in Carmine's memory may be made to the Massachusetts General Hospital c/o the team of Dr. Jonathan Rosand to find a cure for cerebral cavernous malformations.
