He is survived by: his sons, Wayne and Alex Proctor; and his siblings, Robert Proctor (Linda) of Andover, Charlotte Smart of Billerica, Bernard Proctor (Patricia), Elizabeth Whitaker of Methuen, Richard Proctor (Shirley) of Billerica, William Proctor and Arthur Ingersoll. He is also survived by many grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
