He was predeceased by: his parents, Michael McMaster and Helen McMaster (Dunphy); and his sister Helen Sullivan. He is survived by: his wife Katharine McMaster (Brickley); his children, Bonnie Donahue (Jeff) of Melrose, Tammy McCarthy (David) of Dennis, Debra J. McMaster (Dave Sand) of Tucson and Kevin C. McMaster of Woburn; and his siblings, Doris Park, Kazue McMaster of Derry, NH, Joanne McMaster of Osterville, William Sullivan, Margaret, Elmer, Joseph, Lawrence, David and Robert McMaster. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
