He was predeceased by: his parents, John A. Cummings and Marjorie Cummings (Peterson). He is survived by: his wife Adrienne M. Cummings (Borriello); his children, Nicole Cummings (Myles Emery) of Danville, NH, Mary Cummings, Gugger (David) of Auburn, NH, Scott Cummings of Florida and Karen Cummings of Vermont; his grandchildren, Nora, Emma, Zachary and Colby; his brother Warren Cummings (Elaine) of Woburn; and his brother-in-law Frank Borriello of West Medford.
It has been requested that in lieu of flowers contributions may be made in David's memory to the Disabled American Veterans, State House, Room 546, Boston, MA 02133.
