He was predeceased by: his parents, John and Margaret Coughlan (O'Brien) of Bantry. He is survived by: his children, Kevin Coughlan (Maureen) of North Chelmsford, Mary McCarthy of West Roxbury, Claire Iannazzi of Fairfield, CT and Gerard Coughlan (Karen) of Cincinnati, OH.; his grandchildren, Meghan, Matthew Coughlan, Danny McCarthy, Annie, Emily, Kate Iannazzi, Benjamin and Molly Coughlan; his wife Margaret Nuala Coughlan (O'Donovan) of Woburn; and his son Denis. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, grandnieces, and grandnephews.
Due to the current situation we are experiencing with the Corona Virus, arrangements are private and under the direction of the Lynch – Cantillon Funeral Home, 263 Main Street, Woburn.
