He is survived by: his children, Kayla DeJesus and Janessa Costantino; his stepson Xavier Moron; and his siblings, Hector DeJesus, Jamie Pagan, Christian Perez, Maribel Molina, Yaritza Perez, Sandra Ribot, Elvin Velazquez, Yolanda Velázquez, Angie Velázquez, Angel Luis Velazquez, Esmeralda Velázquez and Vionette Velázquez.
