He was predeceased by: his wife Eleanor M. Craven (Cormier); his parents, Edward Craven and Grace Craven (Ross); and his sister Grace Marshall (late Walter). He is survived by: his daughters, Jayne F. Powers (Joseph) of Beverly and Joyce M. Michaels of Woburn; and his granddaughters, Jillian and Kaitlin. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews.
