He was predeceased by: his sons, Paul Carrigan (Elaine Carrigan) of Woburn, William Carrigan, Daniel Carrigan (Ginger), David Carrigan (Cheryl) of Tewksbury, Doug Carrigan (Kim) of Carlisle and Billy.
He is survived by: his grandchildren, Craig, Keith, Kate (Steve Puopolo), Christopher, Eric (Tracy), Andrew (TJ), Ryan (Samantha), Matt (Lauren), Lindsey and Braden; his great grandchildren, Alexander, Edward, Margaret, Conor, Kallie, Sean, Jacob and Abigail; his son Ed; his siblings, Sister Juanita Carrigan of St. Catharine, Elizabeth Chaney (Carrigan) of Marlboro, Philip, Betty Carrigan of Concord, Frank, Margarie Warren (Carrigan) of Franklin and Ed Chaney; and his stepchildren, Stephen, Kristin Kirby of Tyngsboro, Richard and Ann Kirby.
