She was predeceased by: her former husband Thomas J. McCarthy; and her sister Mary Leahy. She is survived by: her husband Robert F. Goudreau; her children, Maureen Baker (Leonard) of Andover, Thomas McCarthy (Rita) of Dorchester, Nancy Carney (Patrick) of Medford, Bettianne Davis (Howard) of Boxborough, Paul McCarthy (Sonia) of Medway and Janice Phillips (Michael) of Holliston; her stepchildren, Robert Goudreau Jr (Renee) of Cary, Patty Saunders (Dan) of Burlington, VT, Paul Goudreau (Kris) of Lexington and Peter Goudreau (Katie) of Natick; and her siblings, Patrick Feeley of Winthrop, Nancy Maxner and Raymond Feeley. She is also survived by 21 grandchildren, 16 great grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.

Donations in her memory may be made to VNA Hospice of Middlesex East, 320 Haverhill St. Reading, MA 01867.
