He was predeceased by: his parents, Suzanne B. Gillis and John A. Gillis. He is survived by: his siblings, John D. Gillis (Sara) of Framingham, Roland W. Gillis (Donna) of Lynnfield, Mark D. Gillis (Wenxin) of Issaquah, Mary S. Randall (Kim) of Eagle and Jacqueline M. Gillis (Marc Zimmerman) of Hudson, MA.; his son Steven Scout; and also Eagle Scout. He is also survived by eight nieces and nephews as well as eight great-nieces and nephews.
