He was predeceased by: his parents, Anthony Palazzo and Lucrecia Palazzo (Lamentea). He is survived by: his wife Gloria Palazzo; his children, Linda (Tony) of North Andover, James (Karen) of North Andover and Michael (Judy) of Wilmington; his grandchildren, Jennifer McNeill (Palazzo), Christina Palazzo, Michael DePace, Nicholas Depace, Michael Palazzo and Tyler Palazzo; and his great grandchildren, Henry, Timmy and Tommy McNeill.
