Leen of Woburn, Mary Leen of Charlestown, Anne Leen, Jane Leen of Boston, Kevin T. Leen (Jean), Michael J. Leen (Sara Kiesselbach) of Arlington, Mark Leen (Anthonette) and Martha Leen of Newburyport; her husband Joe Piacquad; her siblings, Paul P. McHugh (Kathleen), Frank, Margaret and Kathleen McHugh; her grandchildren, Taylor, Cameron, Isabella, Lila, Harry, Marco, Anthony, Celeste and Alana; and her parents, Catherine K. McHugh and John McHugh. She is also survived by nephews, cousins and friends.
