He was predeceased by: his wife Catherine "Kay" F. DiPanfilo (Dattilo); his parents, Zopito DiPanfilo and Giacinta DiPanfilo (Carpineti); and his brother Frank. He is survived by: his children, James C. DiPanfilo Jr. of Woburn, Jeanne E. Granfield (Michael Sharpe) of Woburn and Jay DiPanfilo (Megan); and his siblings, Charlie, Joe, Tony, Ellen and Anta. He is also survived by twelve great grandchildren.
